Internship Opportunity: Real Estate

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

- Master the art of approaching property owners through cold-calling.
- Provide essential support to the property manager, contributing to due diligence and transaction closures, and, when required, visiting property sites.
- Spearhead the coordination of deal sourcing and transaction screening, crafting property and investment summaries that stand out.
- Be responsible for building and meticulously maintaining databases of potential acquisitions, with a strong focus on property details.
- Showcase your property listings on various premier property platforms, such as Property Guru and iProperty.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 1-12 months

**Salary**: RM6,020.00 - RM7,136.00 per month
