**We are a multiple national award-winning company** recognized by MIEA, ARENA in S.E.A, The Star, EdgeProp, PropertyGuru and iProperty; and we are actively seeking **final year graduate students** **looking for internship placements** and are considering a possible future career as a Real Estate Negotiator.

**JOB SCOPE**:
The intern will learn to:

- Approach property owners and perform a sales pitch to potential prospects on the current projects
- Attend roadshows and travel to meet clients as required (no outstation travel)
- Brainstorm sales strategies with the team
- Assist the designated Team Leader on assigned duties
- Do research on the current trend, data, demographics, and other information on the projects
- Publish property listings on different types of property posting platforms, such as Property Guru, iProperty etc
- Build and maintain the database(s) for potential acquisitions, including property and property details

**CRITERIA**:

- Talented, self-driven, enthusiastic individual who has good ethics and ready to explore the challenges of a fast-paced professional work environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong research and analytical skills including the ability to gather, interpret and effectively communicate macroeconomic, capital market and property market data.
- Critical thinking skills that can convert data into meaningful relationships and information to drive quality decision making
- **Good command of spoken and written English and Malay**
- **Have a valid driving licence and access to either a car or motorbike**

**INTERNSHIP SPECIFICS**:

- Internship period has to be for a **minimum of **3 months**
- **Location : Kuala Lumpur**
- **Working hours : flexible (as determined by the assigned Team Leader)**
