We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Real Estate Manager to join our team and shape the future of our people development initiatives.
We are seeking a highly dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Manager. This role will be responsible for scouting out new locations, planning launches and executing successful openings. This position requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent project management skills and the ability to drive successful outlet launches for Koppiku.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive location strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify strategic locations for expansion.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential locations.
- Negotiate lease agreements and collaborate with real estate professionals.
- Develop projects plans for new outlet openings, outlining timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and manage budgets for outlet expansion projects.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Implementing best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations.
- Ensure that all new outlets comply with local regulations and standards. Assist in ad-hoc task from Superior from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate or a related field.
- Proven experience in locations management with focus on outlet expansion.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Familiarity with real estate and market analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel for site visits and project coordination.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of outlet openings.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
