1)Attending signing of the SPA and other legal documents;
2)Review legal documents, prepare status reports, and all other work assigned from time to time.

3)Willing to learn with a good working attitude and responsibility.Advising clients on all aspects of property conveyancing, including the preparation and review of sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and transfer deeds.

4)Liaising with other legal professionals, such as solicitors and land registry officers, to facilitate smooth property transactions.

5)Providing timely updates and clear communication to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

6)Attending to all general conveyancing works including Sub-sale SPA & loan documentation and legal work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
