Shall be able to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as in a team with the other clerks and committed to work;
- Attending to all general conveyancing works including and Sub-sale SPA & loan documentations and legal work;
- Attending signing of the SPA and other legal documents;
- Liaising with other legal professionals, such as solicitors and land registry officers, to facilitate smooth property transactions;
- Providing timely updates and clear communication to clients throughout the conveyancing process;
- Review legal documents, prepare status reports and all other works assigned from time to time;
- Willing to learn with a good working attitude and responsible;

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
