Summary
- Verify that all hardware is operating efficiently and periodic maintenance inspections are properly performed by having a periodical plan of maintenance to carry out.
- Ensure all hardware and software are accounted for the existance and maintain in a updated listing with specific location.
- Monitor all system operations, and verify that they are operated properly. Provide training when deemed necessary. Report any problems to vendors/suppliers and provide a report to Financial Controller.
- Verify that team members are not misusing the computer systems. Maintain a plan for protecting the system.
- Develop any restriction to manage the internet wifi usage from any abuse action which will deterioating internet performance of guest and office use.
- Maintain communication with hardware and software vendors. Update contracts and prepare budgets relating to system operations.
- Prepare and update user manuals and instructions for hardware and software.
- Monitor all alterations of data and the system and items taken out of the systems area.
- Verify data is updated daily and monthly as well as saved.
- Safeguard all magnetic tape and disks data is stored.
- Conduct data recovery system and plan for any disaster and conduct a disaster recovery exercise to test curent backup data are ready to extract.
- Take care of ownership rights and copyrights for all software used by the hotel. Inventorised all copyright licenses in an updated listing,
- Maintains an image reflecting the hotel level when dealing with internal and external requests.
- Able to work extra hour for complete task given and meeting deadline.
- Perform other tasks and duties as instructed by the management and follow instruction.
- Able to multi task within the given time frame by the department head or management based on the priority of the task / cases.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent
- Experience in similar position or one position lower
- Possesses people skills by approaching challenges / mistakes in a professional and objective manner
- Possesses relevant administrative skills
- Has a confident personality
