I

n your new role you will: D
- evelop and implement an internal communications strategy, in collaboration with OE to ensure important information is disseminated to all job levels R
- esponsible for monitoring and understanding company-specific and general issues, defining and delivering key messages I
- dentify the most accurate and suitable medium to disseminate information accurately and effectively C
- oordinate and arrange people programmes (such as Quarterly AHM, Newsflashes, eMags publications) R
- esponsible for managing the Melaka Intranet page, Xibo screen and electronic display R
- esponsible for ensuring the Corporate Guidelines are adhered to whenever necessary (such as style guide and Media Pool picture) R
- esponsible for supporting event management for all company internal programs R
- esponsible for translation for Management communication and all site communication material R
- esponsible for reporting and feedback on Internal Communication activities to HQ and APAC Comms R
- esponsible for taking care of the PA systems used for AHM

Y

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: M
- asters/Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/ or equivalent E
- xperience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment will be an added advantage E
- xcellent communication and interpersonal skills E
- xcellent in English and Bahasa Malaysia G
- ood written communication/ editorial skills, with the ability to adapt style to suit different communications media and audiences A
- bility to work on initiative and be part of a team E
- xperience with shop floor environment would be an advantage W
- illingness to work outside of office hours and when needed B
- asic analytical and problem-solving skills
