Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for plant wide product and process quality to ensure quality products and total customer satisfaction.
- Data driven quality improvement with production/engineering/R&D team related activities. Key contact to local customer on quality related issue.
- Be the key person to interface with customers / suppliers / internal team related to quality issues and failure incidences.
- Work with production, engineering, R&D team in identifying root cause(s), corrective action, and monitoring for effectiveness.
- Involve in and support all the relevant quality of new transfer part approval
- Support and assist in customer and third-party audit.
- To plan and perform internal audit and supplier audit at scheduled time.
- To establish and maintain quality documents such as SOP, WI, SIP, Control Plan and etc.
- Own and responsible for training of quality related topics/ISO standard to QA Inspectors and internal team, including conducting the training.
- Oversee quality inspection and testing of incoming, in process and outgoing product to confirm products quality meet the specification.
- To manage non-conformance incoming parts and goods tin accordance with quality management system.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or Science from recognized university or related field.
- Min 5 - 8 years of working experience in quality engineering, quality assurance with management skills in semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing, familiar with quality core tools.
- Experience/knowledge in ISO9001/ISO14001 and IATF16949.
- Knowledge in the cable and connector industry will be an added advantage.
- **Must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin and English**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
