**Position: QA Executive**

**Tenure: Permanent**

**Salary: RM 3500 to 4200**

**Allowances**:

- **Transport: RM 200**
- **Call: RM 150**

**Location: Kuala Ketil, Kedah**

**Working Hour: Standard**

**Responsibilities**:

- To support Radiation Tech Team to perform radiation validation work.
- Ensure valid procedures and work instructions are being used.
- To report any processing deviation from quality procedures to QA Manager.
- To report and follow-up all corrective action response for ensuring the implementation is closed.
- Ensure samples are processed speedily and as per specification.
- Monitor calibration program and ensure completion on timely manner
- Assist QA Manager to ensure CAPA, NCR, and SCAR are timely and efficiently closed.
- Perform calibration of instruments and update records.
- Assist in staff training.
- Assist and deputize QA Manager in all radiation and ETO related matters including radiation and ETO releases.
- Adhere to good manufacturing practice, good documentation practice, documentation and records control requirements.
- Maintain and support safe and health work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- Participate in company's Continuous Improvement Program and maintain the Company's 5S and housekeeping duties as required.
- Commit to One Team One Goal and deliver satisfaction to our customers.
- Participate in customer audits, regulatory audits and internal audits.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification
- 3 years experiences in related field
- Experienced in root cause analysis/ problem solving skills, NC, CAPA, Complaint System.
- Solid Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner, strong organization and Follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Experiences in interfacing with Customer is an added advantage.
- Preferably with ISO13485 and ISO9001 knowledge.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
