**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate all activities related to **Halal Assurance System (HAS)** implementation and maintenance.
- Ensure continuous **compliance with JAKIM’s Halal certification requirements** for raw materials, processes, facilities, and personnel.
- Conduct internal **halal audits** and liaise with external halal auditors during inspections or renewals.
- Maintain and update **Halal Control Point (HCP)** monitoring records and documentation.
- Train and create awareness among staff about halal practices, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with **suppliers and vendors** to ensure all sourced materials meet halal requirements.
- Monitor changes in **halal regulations, fatwas**, or standards and advise management on the implications.
- Act as **secretary to the Internal Halal Committee**, preparing agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Participate in product development meetings to ensure new products meet halal compliance.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, production, logistics, and purchasing departments for seamless halal management.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
