The **Assistant Operation Executive **plays a crucial role in supporting operational and logístical activities within the plant. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager or Regional Manager, this position involves collaborating with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and efficient shipment processes. The incumbent will assist in coordinating production plans, preparing daily operation schedules, expediting shipments, and ensuring accurate submission of customs reports. Additionally, the Assistant Operation Executive will monitor raw material availability, oversee tank farm/pump house operations, and assist in loading processes. The role also includes monitoring cargo quality, updating production logs, preparing reports, and supporting staff training initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To coordinating with Planner/Marketing on the preparation and implementation of the Production Plan.
- To assisting in preparing daily operation work schedules and instructions to optimize plant operations.
- To supporting in expediting shipments and coordinating contract matching/string when necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
- To liaising with Malaysia Customs and relevant government authorities as required to ensure accurate declaration submission and compliance with regulations.
- To assisting in liaising with relevant parties (Agent, Surveyor, MPOB & Raffles Operator) on shipping matters.
- To ensuring accurate submission of customs reports as per custom requirements and regulations.
- To assisting in ensuring compliance with legal aspects as per customs requirements, MPOB regulations, and PORAM rules.
- To supporting in ensuring that all aspects of operations or processes meet specified regulations and standards.
- To assisting in monitoring raw material availability for plant usage and production to meet shipment schedules and storage planning.
- To assisting in ensuring proper handling and storage of oils in the tank farm/pump house within the factory compound.
- To supporting in planning shipment loading processes and blending as needed to optimize logistics operations.
- To monitoring cargo quality in storage from day to day compared to shipment dates.
- To assisting in checking day-to-day weighing and operational processes, including calibration and troubleshooting for any issues.
- To assisting in updating logs with actual production/moving quantities.
- To supporting in monitoring outstanding sales contract balances and ensuring outstanding debts of buyers are within allowable ranges.
- To assisting in monitoring weight differences between factory vs buyer/seller and addressing discrepancies.
- To supporting in monitoring transporter's road tanker weight shortages and checking incoming road tankers for abnormalities.
- To assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annually reports and charts for budget review meetings.
- To supporting in monitoring and improving the time used for report preparation.
- To assisting in coordinating training requirements for staff members.
- To attending scheduled corporate training, courses, and meetings as required.
- To assisting in maintaining relationships with CPO suppliers, local buyers, and transporters.
- To supporting in conducting internal audits and supplier audits as required.
- To assisting in ensuring workplace safety and health standards are met and implementing improvements, as necessary.
- To assisting in attending the Management review meeting.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
