**Social Media Specialist (English & Mandarin)**

**Position Purpose**

As a Social Media Specialist, you play a key role in our social media approach. You manage our pages in different languages on various platforms. Your job is to create interesting content and build relationships with our online community. You will help share our story in the exciting world of gaming. Being creative and loving games is important for connecting with and growing our worldwide community of gamers.

**Description of Duties**:
**1. Social Media Management and Content Creation**
- Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across our **English and Mandarin **pages.
- Craft and schedule posts, memes, and news updates that resonate with and expand our gaming community.
- Analyze social media trends and performance to continuously enhance our outreach and engagement strategy.

**2. Community Engagement and Support**
- Monitor and engage with our social media followers, responding to queries, and fostering a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Organize and participate in online events and discussions to boost engagement and brand loyalty.

**3. Analytics and Strategy**
- Analyze social media performance, gathering insights to refine and optimize our content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives and campaigns.

**What We Look for in You**:

- Proficiency in **English and Mandarin**, capable of producing and managing content in both languages.
- A passion for gaming and a keen understanding of the gaming community’s dynamics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.
- Ability to work proactively, manage stress, and take responsibility for project outcomes.
- Experience in ads buying, with the ability to strategize and execute advertising campaigns effectively.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Skills in design software like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
- A deep love for gaming and understanding of gamer culture.
