**Job Decriptions**:
Assist Human Resource Manager in carrying out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and welfare, industrial relations, performance management as well as learning and development.
- Recruitment - Hiring, Interviewing, reference checking
- Employee Matters & Relations - Onboarding & Offboarding,
- Employee Engagement/Relations - Staff welfare, monitoring medical and hospitalization insurance process, staff uniform etc
- Industrial Relations - Documentations, Grievances, Disciplinary process and procedures etc
- Performance Management/Employee Career plan - Confirmation, Annual Performance, transfer etc
- Compensation & Benefit - Market Survey on hotels benefit remunerations surveys, Payroll attendance checking, monitoring staff lockers, socso claims etc
- Training - orientation, plan and arrange the training, HRDF claims etc
- General office administrative - Handling Employee Database, P-File, ordering and payment of invoice, maintain the office supply.
**Requirements**:
- STPM or diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
- At least 3-5 years experiance in handling full cycle of HR. Preferably with 1 - 2 years experience in hospitality industry.
- Have experiance handling E-Tris system, ESD and knowledge in Labour Act.
- Multi tasking and positive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
