**Responsibilities**
- Handle the **end-to-end onboarding of new client accounts**, collecting all relevant information and manage the client onboarding experience.
- Provide administrative support for the middle and back-office team
- Maintain and update database of all information and documents
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years' experience in Back Office support, KYC/AML is preferred (optional)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken **English and Mandarin**:

- Rotational shifts are required

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
