Job Responsibilities:

- Assist Security Supervisor in ensuring overall security of shopping mall**.**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day security of the mall, internally and externally.
- Implementation and execution of security SOP, standing instruction and policies.
- Create a strong and efficient security team.
- Monitor of security guard’s performance and the compliance to SOP.
- Develop and review daily reports.
- Attend all incidents and accidents and report for any suspicious or criminal activities.
- Establish a good relationship with tenants and occupants of the mall.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate or equivalent.
- Ex-military personnel will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-storey shopping mall security management with variety of businesses or relevant industry experience.
- Familiar with contract management of security service providers in shopping mall.
- PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage.
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team.
- Prepared to work on weekends and public holidays, if required.
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills including relationship building.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
