**Responsibilities**:
- knowledge in all security aspect
- making a daily report
- internally enforcing the SOP through roll calls, spot checks, patrol premises to make sure guards are performing and to prevent and detect signs of any forceful instrusion and to make all guards compliying with the SOP all the time
- Duty roaster and shift coordination
- call in house officers, police and or fire departments in case of any emergency, such as fire of forceful presence of unauthorized person
- act as buffer officer and head hunt for new guards.
