Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Department in developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Support in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily security operations across company sites.
  • Conduct security risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures.
  • Monitor and manage security systems, including CCTV and access control
  • Coordinate with external security service providers, enforcement authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Prepare and review incident reports, security documentation, and investigations, ensuring timely submission to management.
  • Provide guidance, training, and supervision to security personnel to enhance effectiveness and professionalism.
  • Handle staff scheduling, deployment, and performance monitoring of security teams.
  • Support management in security-related projects, events, and VIP movements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in security management, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
  • Ex-police or ex-army background is highly preferred.
  • Preference will be given to female candidates due to operational requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, procedures, emergency response, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in report writing, MS Office applications, and incident documentation.
  • Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, or during emergencies if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
