JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Safeguard company assets, property, and personnel by maintaining a secure environment.
  2. Conduct regular patrols of premises and perimeter to prevent unauthorized access and detect signs of intrusion or irregularities.
  3. Monitor and control access at entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  4. Prepare detailed daily reports on activities and irregularities such as theft, equipment damage, or unauthorized persons.
  5. Investigate disturbances and suspicious activity; respond lawfully to protect life and property.
  6. Apprehend offenders and remove violators as needed.
  7. Monitor security systems, including alarm systems and CCTV, and operate emergency and detection equipment.
  8. Validate and prepare Memorandum of Payment (MOP) for security-related service providers.
  9. Coordinate with emergency services such as police or fire departments in the event of incidents.
  10. Operate screening devices to prevent the entry of prohibited items into restricted areas.
  11. Maintain and inspect security systems and equipment for proper operation and tampering detection.
  12. Warn individuals of rule violations or misconduct, using appropriate force when necessary.
  13. Procure HSSE-related equipment through e-WOPS or direct purchase channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a security-related role.

Proven experience as a Security Guard or Officer in a relevant capacity.

Proficient in operating security systems and responding to emergency situations.

Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent surveillance and observational skills with strong attention to detail.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and conduct; must have a clean criminal record.

Physically fit and able to handle potentially high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
