Key Responsibilities

· Plan, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and other regulatory requirements.

· Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.

· Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans, Fire Drill procedures, and Incident Reporting systems.

· Oversee the management of security services, including access control, CCTV operations, and guard performance monitoring.

· Lead or support technical security enhancement projects (CCTV, access system upgrades, perimeter control, contractor management, etc.).

· Coordinate with external security and safety authorities as required (e.g., BOMBA, DOSH, police).

· Facilitate in-house safety and health training sessions for employees and contractors.

· Ensure timely reporting and investigation of all accidents, near-misses, and security incidents.

· Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management review.

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Security Management, or related field.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing safety and security in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

· Possess valid professional safety certification (e.g., SHO registered with DOSH/JKKP or equivalent) is highly preferred.

· Strong knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to manufacturing operations.

· Technical understanding of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

· Proven experience in handling safety and security enhancement projects.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

· Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
