Resposibilities: - Assist Security Manager to manage the overall security related issues. - Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures and restraining trespassers. - Train and schedule programs and functions to security guards with the assistance of Security Team Leader Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security guards. - Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary. - Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers. - Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition. - Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks. - Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures. - Responsible for CCTV review and lost investigations. - Monitor and supervise security assistant and supervisor on securing the warehouse. - Monitor and identify any illegal activities. - To conduct serious and complex criminal investigations, plan and manage own workload, and retain responsibility as the officer-in-case. - Manage the complaints system to ensure that all complaints communicated are carefully handled and appropriate follow-up action is taken. - Liaise with internal and external parties including local law and other enforcement authorities, as necessary to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the investigation process. - Enforcement and implementation of security policies set by the company. - Assist Security Manager or Security Team Leader in any special project or ad hoc assignments. **Requirements**: - Good analytical and communication skills. - Conceptual thinker. - Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment. - Comfortable managing grey areas. - Competency in Computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) or Google Drive (Docs, Sheets & Slides). - Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Possess own transport and willing to travel. - At least 5 years as a Security Officer or 2 year in Team Leader level or 1 year as Security Supervisor/Officer. **Job Details** **JOB INFO & REQUIREMENT** - Contract Type- Contract- Job Type- Executive- Experience Level- 1-3 years- Job Categories- Transport/Delivery- Minimum Education Required- SPM- Language Required- English, Bahasa Malaysia- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- All Genders- Own Transport- Car/Van**SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS** - Salary **RM 2,500 to RM 3,500 per month** Salary RM 2,500 to RM 3,500 (per month) Location Selangor - Shah Alam Contact Type Contract Job Type Executive Category Transport/Delivery Employer Info Company Name Ninja Logistics Sdn Bhd Company Description Ninja Logistics Sdn Bhd Size > 1000 employees Company Website jobs.lever.co/ninjavan/d8ac95f6-bcd8-4be2-8007-ffd4f80b85f7 Company No. 1118651-U Company Ninja Logistics Sdn Bhd Joined since: May 2015
