**Job Responsibilities: -**

**Technical support**
- To be focus and develop technical skills on Network (Cisco, HPE Aruba and Allied Telesis), Trend Micro and Security Solutions
- Provides implementation and hotline support for Network, Trend Micro and Security Solutions, projects and hotline issues.
- Be customer centric and always provide value added service to customers.
- Ensure quality and on time submission of documentation for projects.
- Meets hotline and customer support SLA.
- Continuously improves technical skill on the focus solution.
- Always seek opportunities to pick up skills in products outside of main focus.
- Works as a team with other solution teams to ensure customer focus.
- Works as a team with other solution teams to ensure integrity of the entire technical team.
- Assist other team members in projects and technical issues that require skills and knowledge that acquired from previous jobs and experience, such as networking, network security, etc.
- Meet KPI’s set for technical support.
- Skill transfer to other team members to enhance personal technical skillsets, and help others to improve / acquire new skillsets.

**Project Coordination**
- Coordinate the jobs & tasks with customers in project implementation, based on scheduled activities planned and managed by project managers.
- Ensure project tasks are performed timely and within the stipulated or allocated time.

**Research & Development**
- Learn new technical knowledge via testing and research.
- Be initiative to learn new technical knowledge on both focus and non-focus solutions/products.
- Properly documents all results of tests and researches in knowledge base.
- Meet KPI’s set for research and development.

**Pre-Sales**
- Provides support on pre-sales activities including product demo, proof-of-concepts, and product presentation.

**Certification**
- Obtains technical certification (Cisco, Allied Telesis, HPE Aruba, Trend Micro) on identified focus products/solutions within the set timeframe to be agreed upon.
- Renew all critical and mandatory certifications required by key principals.

**Others**
- Any other duties as and when required by the management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of Network Project Delivery experience
- Minimum 2 years in Networking, Firewall and Wireless support and implementation
- Possess Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Other Network product experience Cisco, Allied Telesis, HPE Aruba, Trend Micro working experience or knowledge related on Enterprise IT solutions (Eg. Lenovo, DELL, HPE, Microsoft, Veritas, VMware, Citrix, Trend Micro, VEEAM, etc) will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent proficiency and strong command of spoken English and business writing skills.
- Self initiative and ability to work independently and well under pressure.
- Able to provide 24x7 support

**Salary**: RM1,383.87 - RM3,800.00 per month
