Role Purpose:
The Data Team Leader provides specialized expertise and performance management for a team of
Accounting Data Entry Specialists ensuring accuracy and productivity of data collection from various public disclosures systems. The role will also interface with global stakeholders and internal customers. The primary purpose is to deliver service excellence and support the overall objectives of the business.

The Data Team Leader will be accountable for the performance, training, and continuous improvement of their Data Entry team, delivering best in class performance to Ideagen internal customers. The role reports to the Data Operations Manager and will also work proactively with internal customers, to ensure they get the very best service.

The Data team leader will role model company values and inspire excellence by operating to high
standards, delivering class leading performance. The role will champion an engagement culture that will thrive on pace, change and improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the performance for a team of 15+ Accounting Data Entry Specialists in terms of quality,

cost, delivery, and people metrics
- Become a point of regional escalation and provide resolution to issues and risk
- Communicate with global leadership to align service delivery expectations and inform process and

personnel decisions
- Train and retain members within their team and the wider business, with focus on efficiency and

effectiveness of these processes
- Continuously analyze activity to drive both reactionary and proactive improvement
- Maintain and monitor key performance metrics aligned to Service Level Agreements
- Deliver improvements to operational processes to improve quality, efficiency, and timeliness of

data collection
- Drive an engagement agenda and develop a culture championing the company’s core values

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience with customer-focused teams in a service delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or demonstration of continued learning
- Strong people skills with motivation to meet team, and individual, goals and objectives
- Good understanding of regulatory financial reporting and data collection
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create a culture of improvement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage your own workload, where priorities may change

throughout the day

- Flexibility to occasional travel internationally and work across multiple time zones
