- Overall
- In-charge of the procurement, logistics arrangement and inventory management.

Procurement
- Work closely with the Head of Department to determine purchasing needs
- Identify the most appropriate supplier(s), price comparison and negotiation, confirm product quality and establish the delivery requirement & timelines
- Prepare purchase orders and verification.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to product quality, pricing, delivery, utilisation, loss, etc.

Inventory Management
- Perform stock take & spot counts, month-end reconciliation process and investigate variance.
- Input and keeping an accurate & up-todate records in the inventory management system.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department concerning matters related to inventory including inventory levels and identify best way to resolve it.

Logistics
- To manage logistics and distribution ensuring effective functioning processes to prevent costly delays and lost opportunities.

Reporting
- Prepare inventory audit report

Others
- Source for new products that are more efficient or cost effective, identify obsolete products and latest product trends.
- Keep packaging metrics updated.
- ** Requirement**:

- Education Background:

- Possess SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing / logistic / inventory management; preferably in food manufacturing environment

Require Skill:

- Knowledge in Autocount system will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, action-oriented, able to follow through & complete tasks/work processes
- Able to work independently and value team work - Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
