**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **KYC Trainer** to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our Know Your Customer (KYC) operations team. In this role, you will ensure that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to meet internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing staff on KYC/AML processes, policies, and systems.
- Create engaging training materials, manuals, and job aids in line with business requirements and regulatory updates.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Monitor learner performance through assessments, role plays, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and QA teams to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on training effectiveness and completion rates.
- Stay updated on KYC/AML regulations and industry best practices to continuously enhance training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance, with at least 1 year in a training or coaching role.
- Strong knowledge of customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and AML regulations.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with learning management systems (LMS) is an advantage.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
