1) Manage and coordinating transactions of data operations in plaza monitor and oversee the running of Cash and ETC operation at each plaza
a) Inspect and review the toll daily data while ensuring data traffic and toll revenue are accurate
b) Check adjustment of the data by the supervisor and data entry of “Reconciliation” in the MIS system and Servers each Plaza and main Servers (BORR-HQ,SPC,PCS-TERAS)
c) Supervise the work of toll supervisors and monitor collections. Do surveillance, inspection and process monitoring toll collection.
d) Ensure all toll MIS system is in good working condition at all times. Inform technical team and ensure prompt follow up and troubleshoot

2) Manage and coordinating operations in the plaza monitor and oversee the running of operation at each plaza. Monitor a schedule of task each TS and TC

3) Monitoring plaza staff for OT, claims, counseling, plaza requirement, auditing plaza, operation forms, holidays and replacement for operation, in accordance with established policies and procedures

4) Supervise TO and TMO (Data) if any issue regarding the details of daily, weekly and monthly data transaction for each plaza

5) Manage and coordinating the Monthly Maintenance Schedule routine for the Technicians TCS(Toll Computer System) staff

**6) Manage and coordinating the VMS(Visual Message System)**: 8 units along the roadside

**7) Manage and coordinating the CCTV(Roadside)**: 18 CCTVs and Internal Building(each plaza)
a) Coordinate the CCTV was standby 24hr along roadside. If any issue and troubleshoot issue by in-house technical or deal with contractor in charge

8) Control and train all the new method need to be done by Toll Supervisor and Toll Tellers.
9) Handle and/or report complaint by highways users

10) Handle and/or report indiscipline by Toll Supervisors and Toll Tellers

11) Monitoring and verify the implementation of duty rosters, ensuring optimum manpower allocation

12) Verify and coordinate the systematic rotation of toll lane usage based on traffic volume and direction of traffic flow.

13) Handle the issue highlight by LLM due to operation
a) Liaise with LLM if have any issue related with operation
b) Ensure all LLM requirement can be meet
c) Monitor and responsible to take action any NCR related with operation can be solve
d) Manage and monitor TIS system

14) Represent LLB for meeting with LLM due of operations

15) Monitoring plaza activities and operations make sure accordance with established policies and procedures

16) Liaise with contractor which appoint by LLB HQ
a) Deal with contractor to resolve the operations issue and any project as per required by LLM
b) Manage to prepare all report and document support to prepare contractor payment to be send to LLB HQ
c) Manage to monitor contractor schedule maintenance, service and report
d) Manage to monitor contractor service contract and propose to LLB HQ if have renewal
e) Propose to management for new contractor if have any new assign job

17) Plan and propose the maintenance parts of TCS/TCSS to the managements
a) Ensure all spare part of TCS and TCSS is enough
b) Manage to find quotation from supplier and propose to management for any purchase
c) Manage and ensure all inventory spare part is accurate with the usage
d) Manage to handle for Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoice to be issue to management

18) Assist to be backup person for CIT
