Are you someone who loves teaching others how to pour the perfect shot or create beautiful latte art? Not just once, but consistently across a team? We're looking for a **Coffee Trainer** to join our group. This is a newly created role designed for someone who is passionate about specialty coffee and ready to shape the next generation of baristas across our outlets. You’ll lead structured training programs across different brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead **beginner, intermediate, and advanced barista training programs**.
- Plan and execute onboarding sessions for new hires and **train baristas before new outlet openings**.
- Conduct **refresher trainings, skills assessments**, and **surprise audits** at the outlets.
- Create engaging, up-to-date **training materials and SOPs**.
- Track training effectiveness with **before/after performance metrics**.
- Work closely with the **Ops and HR teams** to plan training calendars.
- Support internal events such as **cupping sessions and barista competitions**.
- Ensure consistent coffee quality and equipment calibration across brands.

Who We’re Looking For:

- At least **5 years** of experience in coffee operations or training.
- Strong knowledge in **coffee calibration, espresso extraction, latte art**.
- Experience with **in-house or specialty blends** — your palate matters here.
- Familiarity with **MSCA (Malaysia Specialty Coffee Association) standards** or certifications is a big plus.
- Fluent in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Willing to travel between outlets within the Klang Valley.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
