**Primary Objective**:

- Fulfill the Group’s Community Engagement and RHBF vision, mission and strategies through sustainable and impactful CE initiatives and outreach programmes.
- Build & enhance the Brand image of RHB Banking Group through impactful Community Engagement initiatives/programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Support
- Provide strategic support to the CEO of RHB Foundation/GCCO & Head, Community Engagement/ Programme Management, RHB Foundation in defining & developing sustainable Community Engagement initiatives & community outreach programmes for the Group & RHB Foundation
- Formulate plan and execute fund raising programmes to support RHB Foundation’s key initiatives
- Lead and manage approved programmes/initiatives and activities and measure the effectiveness and impact of each initiative against the pre-set objectives and goals.
- Build strategic alliances and coalitions with key constituency groups, whose work and mission are aligned with the Group’s priorities.

Brand Building
- Develop and execute communications strategy with the objective of enhancing and maximising the visibility & brand image of RHB Foundation and Group’s CR initiatives which includes print and social media and participation in awards and other brand building activities.

Governance
- Ensure all relevant approvals for projects under management are obtained and properly documented
- Ensure Compliance with the Operation Manuals, MOA and other Regulatory requirements.
- Track and monitor the usage of the budget allocated for the project under management.

Disclosure & Reporting
- Assist the Head, Community Engagement/Programme Management, RHB Foundation and CEO, RHB Foundation/GCCO with the disclosure & reporting, which includes Sustainability Reporting and other Reports required by Board of Trustees, Regulatory Authorities e.g. IRB, and Governmental & NGOs.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading the operations of a large complex organization
- Experience in addressing corporate-level, external-facing strategic issues and familiar with emerging industry trend and best practices
- Understand the group’s Community Engagement focus
- Conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills
