Personal Assistant

As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be working closely with the CEO and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the daily activities. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and discretion in a variety of situations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Organize and prioritize tasks and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between the director and other executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, for both domestic and international trips.
- Accompany the CEO for business meetings as needed.
- Manage and maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to travel and attend events outside of regular business hours if needed.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with handling travel arrangements.
**Benefits**:
- A 5-day workweek is standard; however, evening and weekend work may occasionally be required for company/client dinners or events.
