**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
Provide efficient and quality service to all customers and assist Duty Officer in ensuring that all airport activities are conducted smoothly and effectively.
**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- To ensure quality services as a professional front-liner.
- To supervise and evaluate subordinate performance (If applicable).
- To prepare duty roster for shift Staff (if applicable).
- To prepare and ensure an effective on-the-job training for subordinates at all times (If applicable).
- To ensure the announcement are clear and precise.
- To get latest and accurate information on flight data.
- To provide customers with the latest and accurate information on flight information.
- To answer all calls within 3 rings, answer politely and professionally.
- To carry out any directives given by airport higher authority.
**Key Challenges**:
- Ensure quality services as a professional front-liner
**Skills**:
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality
- Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be computer literate
**Relevant Industries**:
- Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
**Education**:
- MCE / SPM or equivalent with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
**Additional Information**:
