JD:
1. Warehouse Management: Effectively monitor daily warehouse operations and data, ensuring quality and quantity, and completing warehouse receipt, dispatch, storage, return, transportation, clearance, and management tasks on time to support production management.

2. Team Management: Lead team members to strictly adhere to warehouse management procedures, regulations, and daily discipline; correct, educate, and evaluate the performance of individuals who violate regulations; and be responsible for approving and evaluating team member leave requests.

3. Target Management: Develop team action plans based on the department's annual goals, review them at daily morning meetings, and conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries and analyses to continuously improve and achieve the warehouse's annual goals.

4. Inventory Management: Organize and lead team members to strictly implement inventory regulations, supervise and participate in inventory spot checks, promptly correct inventory, truthfully analyze inventory anomalies, effectively improve inventory accuracy, and ensure consistent accounting.

5. Training: Provide team members with safety, business knowledge, job skills, management processes, and regulations, and maintain records to enhance the team's operational capabilities and employee quality.

6. Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize and improve warehouse operational processes and management regulations, propose and implement reasonable suggestions and recommendations, improve work efficiency, and ensure the optimal allocation of warehouse resources.

7. Problem Solving: Coordinate, communicate, and resolve various unusual situations and emergencies that arise in daily warehouse operations, providing timely feedback to superiors.

8. Safety/5S Management: Responsible for warehouse site safety and 5S management, identifying safety hazards and risks, organizing safety inspections, setting standards and assigning area managers, conducting weekly warehouse cleaning and 5S inspections, and recording any issues to form a closed-loop system.
- Expertise:
1. Major in Logistics Management or Industrial and Commercial Business Administration

2. Proficient in warehouse receipt, dispatch, storage, return, transportation, and management

3. Familiarity with automated warehouse management
- Skills:
1. Proficiency in Excel and Word office software

2. Proficiency in WMS and ERP management systems. A forklift driver's license is preferred.

3. Mastery of frontline management and team management skills

- Work experience:
1. Diploma or above, 2 years of experience in warehousing and logistics managementOR:
