We’re seeking an organized and proactive Office Executive to support our sales team and handle administrative operations in our Puchong office. This role ensures smooth daily activities, excellent customer service, and efficient back-office support.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Coordination
- Process sales-related documentation: sales orders, delivery orders, invoices
- Assist in preparing sales reports, analytics, and forecasting
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer databases (CRM), update records and logs
Administrative & Office Management:
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory control
- Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting minutes
- Perform general office duties: filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management
Cross‑department Collaboration:
- Coordinate with logistics, warranty, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up
- Relay feedback or issues from customers to relevant internal teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, Administration, or related fields (Degree preferred)
- Prior experience as a Sales/Admin Executive, Sales Administrator, or similar is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus
- Excellent organisation, multitasking and communication skills (written & spoken).
Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive monthly pay between RM 2,600-RM 5,000, depending on experience & office expectations
