**Mould Maker**:

**Job Scope**:

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to create moulds for manufacturing processes like injection molding, casting, or forming.
- Designing and machining mould components with precision to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and durability.
- Conducting quality checks and inspections to verify the functionality and quality of the moulds.
- Troubleshooting and addressing issues related to mould performance or production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in precision machining techniques such as milling, turning, grinding, etc.
- CAD/CAM software skills for mold design and programming CNC machines.
- Knowledge of materials properties (metals, plastics, composites) and their behavior during molding processes.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with tight tolerances, and problem-solving skills.

**Tool Maker for Metal Precision**:
**Job Scope**:

- Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to create precision tools, dies, and fixtures used in metalworking processes like machining, stamping, or forging.
- Utilizing precision machining techniques to produce tools that meet tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
- Conducting tool inspections, maintenance, and optimizations to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborating with engineers and production teams to optimize tooling for efficient metal part production.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in precision machining techniques (milling, turning, grinding) and CNC programming.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for tool design and machining.
- Understanding of tooling design principles, tool materials selection, and heat treatment processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

**Tool Maker for Plastic Injection**:
**Job Scope**:

- Designing and machining molds specifically for plastic injection molding processes, considering factors like mold design, cooling systems, and part ejection mechanisms.
- Conducting mold flow analysis to optimize mold design for efficient and reliable plastic part production.
- Troubleshooting mold issues, conducting mold trials, and making adjustments to ensure optimal mold performance.
- Collaborating with engineers, molders, and production teams to optimize injection molding processes.
