Chargeman A4

Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical System Management
- Oversee, operate, and maintain all electrical installations and equipment in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) requirements.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical systems, promptly troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues.
- Conduct periodic inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, including switchboards, transformers, and distribution boards.

2. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all electrical systems adhere to safety regulations, local standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) team to enforce electrical safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate records for electrical systems, including maintenance logs and compliance reports

3. Equipment Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical machinery and systems, minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, upgrades, or replacement of electrical equipment.

4. Energy Efficiency
- Monitor and optimize energy usage across the facility to reduce operational costs.
- Recommend improvements for energy conservation and electrical efficiency.

5. Emergency Response
- Lead immediate response to electrical emergencies, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans for power outages and equipment failures.

6. Team Collaboration and Supervision
- Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff on electrical safety and best practices.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to align with production goals.

7. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, incidents, and system performance.
- Maintain compliance documentation as required by statutory regulations and internal audits.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid Chargeman A4 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling electrical systems in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, regulations, and ISO standards.
- Experience in working with automated production lines or machinery.
- Certification in related fields, such as energy management or additional electrical credentials.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
