**ROLE: Customer Service Executive**

**(Supporting Hong Kong, Taiwan & China)**

**LANGUAGE: Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese & English**

**LOCATION**:
Nusa Jaya, a fast-developing city that offers a variety of opportunities

(FREE shuttle bus service provided - Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)

FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule

**JOB SCOPE**:
Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their e-hailing services, payment issues, e-hailing orders, e-hailing Apps, etc.

Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Good English, Mandarin & Cantonese communication skills (spoken & written)

SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided

**SALARY PACKAGE**:
Basic: RM3,200

Allowance: RM1000 (RM400 KPI, RM300 Night shift, RM300 Six working days allowance)

OT: Yes have overtime

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
