**WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....**This role is designed for great talents that are passionate about claims analytics, BI visualization, AI & ML and data management.

The job holder is responsible to perform full lifecycle analysis to support health claim analytics including conceptualization to operationalization of insights and solutions, work collaboratively with stakeholders in analytics ecosystem to facilitate senior management in driving claim insights and strategy.

To succeed in this role, the individual should have a solid understanding of Insurance Claims & Healthcare knowledge, data, systems and brings together to identify and communicate data-driven insights that allow stakeholders and management to make more informed decisions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Analytics & Insights
- Perform analysis for medical cost driver, focus on healthcare KPI metrics such as of loss ratio, claim severity, claim incidence & frequency
- Conduct research, analyze and articulate meaningful insights using claims, customer, product and web data to help in term of pricing and risk associated with medical health portfolio
- Use statistical analysis and algorithms to provide business intelligence and decision support for business scenarios
- Support AI & Machine Learning solutions to optimize operation performance and incorporated into analytic data products
- Work on ad-hoc analysis, identify discrepancies and patterns, translate technical information and findings into easy to understand terms for the business

Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Create executive dashboards, scorecards and reporting self-service BI for tracking on strategies and provide working solution for EXCO / Senior Management/ Stakeholders
- Translate operational data into actionable insights to drive day-to-day operational improvement
- Continually streamline and improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes through simplification and automation, ensure timely data are make available
- Support KPIs monitoring reports and ad-hoc request from Regulatory / Group Office / Stakeholder

Data Management & Governance
- Determine data requirements, collect data from various sources and transform data into information that can be utilized for business decisions and operational strategy
- Oversee all maintenance of business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, system or methods to ensure best practices are in place

Other Duties
- Participate in meetings or project and collaborate with IT and business users on data related request
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically as assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirement/Project

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
Education
- Bachelor's (or above) degree in quantitative background required, such as Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields

Experience
- More than 5 years of experience working in data-analytics related and/or quantitative fields
- At least 2 years in-depth experience related to Insurance industry, concentration in Operations, Claims, Actuarial, Analytics, Data Science is highly desirable
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with outstanding presentation/written communication skills, switch between technical and layman speak
- Adaptive to change and flexible in an evolving, fast-paced, and high-pressure working environment
- Structured problem solving with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex consideration

Technical/Functional Skills
- Experienced in data consumption platforms such as Tableau and Power BI or other visualization software is a plus
- Good understanding of principles and practices of data models, database design development, data mining, segmentation techniques, ML models and AI services
- Possess knowledge of Data Warehouse / Data Lake platform implementation and optimization will be an advantage
