**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
- Handle monthly and year-end closing processes efficiently and independently.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial insights and assist management in decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of internal controls and accounting systems.
- Utilize Autocount accounting software effectively for daily operations and reporting.
- Lead and support junior finance staff, offering guidance and supervision where needed.
- Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Continuously seek improvements in accounting processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Member of a professional accountancy body (MIA, CPA, or ACCA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficient in handling full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
- Experienced in using Autocount accounting software.
- Able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (both written and spoken).
- Capable of liaising effectively with auditors, bankers, and other third parties.
- Demonstrates leadership ability and a proactive mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt a growth-oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
