Account Executive is responsible for managing the financial transactions related to outgoing payments and incoming revenue. This role involves processing invoices, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

Qualifications


• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.


• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Autocount, SQL)


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Required Experience


• 3–4 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable or a similar role.


• Have experience in managing full set account.


• Experience in processing high volumes of transactions.


• Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

Key Competencies


• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers and customers.


• Able to speak in Malay / English. Mandarin will be added advantage.
