The Account Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Account Management team. This role ensures smooth coordination of client accounts, assists in managing documentation and supports daily activities in account department.

What you'll be doing

· Provide administrative and operational support to the Account Executive.

· Prepare aging reports and assist in tracking outstanding balances.

· Process vendor invoices, create and send client invoices, and handle payments.

· Manage filing, organize financial documents, handle correspondence with clients and vendors, and perform general administrative tasks for the accounting team.

· Manage and follow up with third-party providers, suppliers and customers on billing and payment matters.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.

· Ensure all transactions and records comply with company policies and accounting standards.

· Support in resolving basic customer issues and escalate when necessary.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:-

· Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance  or a related field.

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel).

· Detail oriented and responsible.
