Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities and scope:
- Assist with any administration duties as per department requirements.
- Assist directors in administration required for projects/ personnel.
- Basic bookkeeping, file for claims, manage schedules.
- Filing of documents to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Handling customer calls, walk-in purchase, drop-off and enquiries.
- Prepare summary of meetings, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Manage supply inventory and safeguard office supplies,
- Purchase of department supplies and equipment when necessary.
- Any other relevant administration duties when requested.
**Requirements**:
- All-rounded with basic knowledge of design, HR, law, finance, management, marketing, operations, and computer programs.
- Great at time-management and organisation.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MTL.
- Able to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
