- Familiarize the company accounting software to perform up to date accounting reconciliation;
- To prepare weekly Bank Facilities reports;
- To prepare Daily Collection reports;
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bank officers and branch managers;
- Liaise with suppliers and customers on accounting matters when necessary;
- Propose and implement ways to improve the efficiency of accounting work flow;
- To maintain good housekeeping of accounting and finance related documents;
- Mininum 1 -2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field;
- Attention to detail;
- Good team player and willing to learn;
- Good communicator;
- Computer literate and competency in accounting software, Microsoft Office and etc. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
