**Job Title: Team Leader Credit Recovery Officer (SEREMBAN BRANCH)**

**Position Objective**:
As a Team Leader Debt Recovery, you will be responsible for managing a team tasked with collecting outstanding debts. You will lead and develop the team to achieve set performance targets, ensuring effective debt collection practices in compliance with regulations.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_

1) Team Leadership:
Manage, motivate, and direct the debt recovery team to achieve set performance targets.

2) Training and Development:
Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to team members to enhance debt collection, negotiation, and time management skills.

3) Target Setting:
Set individual and collective performance targets and goals for the team, monitor and evaluate team members' performance regularly.

4) Case Handling:
Assist in handling complex or problematic debt collection cases and provide support to team members in reaching resolutions.

5) Coordination with Other Departments:
Coordinate with other internal departments such as finance, customer service, and legal to ensure target achievement and effective debt recovery.

6) Performance Monitoring:
Regularly monitor team performance, analyse achievement data, and compile reports on team performance along with recommendations for improvement.

7) Compliance and Policy:
Ensure all debt collection activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations, including legal regulations and industry standards.

8) Commitment:
Ensure all interactions with debtors are conducted professionally, ethically, and with sensitivity to individual needs and situations.

**Requirements**:
1) **MALAYSIAN** Only

2) SPM & Above

3) Minimum of 3 years' experience in debt collection or related positions, with at least 1 year of experience in team management or leadership.

4) Strong understanding of legal regulations related to debt collection such as the _**Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)**_ or applicable local regulations.

5) Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle tense or conflict situations.

6) Strong analytical skills and experience in using debt collection-related tools and technology.

7) Proven leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and direct a team.
- **Salary Package & Benefits**:_

1) Basic Salary (Start on RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00).

2) Attractive Commission & Incentive.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
