**General Clerk cum Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support overall administrative work in office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed with politely.
- Receive, sort and arrange daily mails, deliveries and courier.
- Assist in preparing quotation, purchase order and claims record.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopy, faxing, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Required languages speaking: Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Computer literacy
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Possess own transportation
- Able to travel in Seremban area
- Able to work independently and work multitasking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Location**:
