**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and managing the project for construction of our new production plant.
- Closely monitor on the project progress and setting deadlines.
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to fit the job.
- Monitoring and controlling project costing.
- Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Evaluating project performance
- Creating long
- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicating with contractors, executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Schedule/attend meeting to ensure smooth communication of all levels.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Problem solving and execute the project effectively and efficiently.

**Requirement**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in project management and knowledge in DOSH.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
- Possess strong Leadership, communication and management skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills, Decisiveness and Problem-solving skills
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Computer literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
