About the role

Agro Prestasi Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and the company's policies and procedures
  • Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients, and identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including planning, scheduling, and budget management
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed
