Brand Project Management Executive :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Project Management Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal client-facing role responsible for managing branding and creative projects from brief to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for driving results and building lasting relationships.

You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring that all projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and workflow coordination.
  • Translate client briefs into structured timelines, clear deliverables, and actionable work plans.
  • Set and negotiate realistic deadlines with clients, balancing creative quality, team capacity, and project expectations.
  • Oversee project progress by coordinating schedules, facilitating meetings, and managing feedback cycles to meet key milestones.
  • Prepare professional presentation materials, status reports and project documentation as required.
  • Support strategic planning and actively contribute to creative discussions to ensure brand and business alignment.
  • Work closely with designers, directors, and strategists to maintain consistency, quality, and project clarity across all deliverables.
  • Consolidate and clarify client feedback, manage revisions, and ensure expectations are communicated accurately across all stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with reporting systems, including data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance tracking tools.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account servicing, project coordination, or branding-related roles—ideally in a creative agency or design studio environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written—comfortable engaging with clients, creatives, and external vendors.
  • Ability to negotiate and set realistic deadlines, with sound judgment on timelines and resources needed for quality delivery.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and solve problems independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for scheduling, documentation, and task tracking.
  • Basic understanding of branding, design, or marketing workflows, including common file formats, approval cycles, and creative deliverables.
  • Resilient under pressure, able to adapt to changing priorities, and maintain clarity in fast-paced environments.
  • High ownership and accountability, with a natural drive to follow through, improve processes, and elevate team performance.
