Responsibilities & Authorities

· Responsible in supervising and monitoring work status of projects.

· Attending site meetings, inspection and monitoring.

· Overall planning, implementation, execution and completion of sections of project to ensure successful completion of the projects.

· Monitor progress of the construction site to meet the target of every stage of completion of the construction works.

· Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.

· Report to project / site manager regularly with updates on the construction work.

· Communicate with subcontractors and ensure that the project progress s per schedule.

· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Building / Construction or equivalent.

· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.

· Knowledge in IBS or / any earlier involvement in IBS is preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

· Must possess own transport.

· Willing to travel and undertake oversea assignment.
