Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee renovation projects for our F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multiple renovation sites and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure everything runs smoothly from the first nail to the grand opening day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation projects for F&B and retail outlets.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and purchasers to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
  • Review and verify contractors' progress claims and related documentation.
  • Manage project budgets, materials, and logistics to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate outlet handover and ensure readiness for store opening.

Requirements
  • Experience in renovation works (preferably for restaurant or F&B outlets)
  • Able to read and understand Basic Construction Contracts.
  • Basic Quantity Surveying (QS) knowledge is an advantage.

  • Responsible for end-to-end project coordination, including:

  • Liaising and following up with contractors, suppliers, and purchasers.

  • Overseeing progress updates and tracking project timelines.
  • Managing backend logistics, materials, and deliveries.
  • Ensuring smooth project handover and outlet opening readiness.
  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
  • A team player who's not afraid to get on-site and get things done
