Brand Planner

About the role

As a Brand Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand plans to drive the growth and success of the company's products and services. Working in our dynamic Kota Kinabalu office, this full-time role will see you collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to elevate the brand's positioning in the market.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audience insights and competitive positioning
• Developing brand strategies and plans to build brand awareness, loyalty, and equity
• Crafting impactful brand messaging, content, and campaigns to engage consumers
• Monitoring and evaluating brand performance metrics to inform optimisation and future planning
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Ensure that the part timers hit their KPIs on each activation days or roadshow
• Spot-check on part timers performance on every weekly basis
• Product briefing and training
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative brand initiatives

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in brand management or strategic planning, preferably in the marketing & communications industry
• Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and marketing principles
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present brand strategies
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop impactful brand solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments
