JOB ROLE:

  • Executing a project development from the initial land evaluation all the way to completion (OC/CCC and Final Account).
  • Preparing detailed project briefs, market surveys, feasibility studies, project cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales & Marketing to optimise product offerings.
  • Lead design development activities, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with project goals and company standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants on technical aspects of the project, including drawing reviews, cost planning, and liaising with consultants and contractors.
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
  • Brief the directors on project status, highlighting key risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.
  • Establishing and optimizing corporate standard operating procedures (SOP).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Posses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years working experience.
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong problem solving skills, able to lead a team, and work independently with little input from the directors.
  • Proactive, strong analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Willingness to travel outstation (to Sabah East Coast) and overseas.
