**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee end-to-end testing activities**:Assessment & Planning, Design & Development, Execution & Maintenance**.
- Identify, recommend, implement, and maintain/enhance automation and performance testing tools, processes, and practices.
- Perform impact analysis for existing automation scripts and make necessary updates.
- Develop and maintain test plans, arrange walkthroughs, and secure stakeholder sign-offs.
- Build reusable automation assets to minimize rework and ensure testing efficiency.
- Prepare and manage test data for automation and performance testing.
- Present test results and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on automation and performance testing projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Maintain a centralized repository of test artefacts for reusability.
- Provide timely technical support for automation and performance testing tools.
- Ensure testing infrastructure complies with bank architecture standards and security policies.
- Stay updated on emerging testing technologies and tools across various platforms.
- Recommend and implement long-term process and service improvements.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering**, or equivalent professional qualification.
- **Experience**:

- At least **5 years** in software development, support, automation testing, or performance testing.
- Minimum **3 years** with Automation/Performance Test Accelerator Framework.
- **Technical Skills**:

- **Testing Tools**: Micro Focus UFT, ALM, Bugzilla, Jira, GitLab, Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, k6.
- **Automation Frameworks**: Hybrid for UFT, Robot, TestNG for Selenium.
- **Monitoring Tools**: Dynatrace, Nagios, Datadog, AppDynamics.
- **Programming Languages**: VB Scripting, Java, Python, OOPs, Jenkins, Selenium, PowerShell, JavaScript, Shell scripting.
- **Source Code Management**: GitLab, Git/GitHub, SVN, Bitbucket.
- **Databases**: DBMS & RDBMS.
- **Configuration Management**: Ansible, Puppet.
- **Platforms**: Windows, Linux, AIX; Virtualization - PowerCLI.
- **Other Skills**: Networking, Microservices, Perl, Ruby, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Grafana, Kibana, PowerBI.
- Preferably with **banking industry experience**.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,803.24 - RM11,893.89 per month
